Bradley S. Aldridge of Leesburg named new SGTC Crisp County Center Welding Instructor

Bradley S. Aldridge of Leesburg, was named as the new full-time Welding Instructor for the South Georgia Technical College Crisp County Center effective immediately, announced South Georgia Technical College President Dr. John Watford. Aldridge had served as an adjunct welding instructor at South Georgia Technical College from 2015 to 2017. He resigned to take a full-time welding instructor position at Albany Technical College but has now rejoined South Georgia Tech as the full-time welding instructor at the Crisp County Center. Aldridge graduated from the South Georgia Technical College Welding and Joining Technology Program in Americus in 1996. He also received his accounting diploma from SGTC in 2012. He worked with ICX (New Heights) in Ellaville as a certified welder in addition to working for Pickle Logging, Volvo Rents and as the owner/operator of Aldridge Investments, Inc. in Americus. In his capacity as the full-time welding instructor at the SGTC Crisp County Center, he will report to South Georgia Technical College Vice President of Academic Affairs David Kuipers and the Dean of Enrollment Management Julie Partain. He will be responsible for teaching welding and evaluating student performance, progress, and procedural competencies for his students. South Georgia Technical College is currently accepting student for Spring Semester.
