Overview

The Office of the Registrar serves as custodians of student records. The office oversees graduation applications and ceremonies, HOPE Scholarship applications and evaluation, and is responsible for a wide variety of services, such as transcript requests (from South Georgia Technical College), evaluation of transferable credit from external colleges and universities, course catalog maintenance, and class schedule adjustments. SGTC's professional and courteous staff will eagerly assist and serve students from registration and beyond graduation.
