The Student Government Association (SGA) at South Georgia Technical College’s (SGTC) Crisp County Center recently sponsored a “Spring Fling” event for students, faculty, and staff. The event was held in the auditorium on the Cordele campus.
Attendees were treated to a lunch of hamburgers and hotdogs plus popcorn and other snacks. Participants also had the opportunity to compete for prizes in BINGO and cornhole games.
The Student Government Association plans activities for students on campus as well as community service events using funds from the activity fee paid by every SGTC student. The SGA is one of several organizations in which students can participate to gain the complete college experience at South Georgia Technical College.
SGTC offers over 200 diplomas, degrees, and technical certificates of credit in a variety of programs plus many opportunities to get involved in campus life beyond the classroom. Visit southgatech.edu and apply today. Summer semester begins May 25.
