The South Georgia Technical College Office of Student Affairs recently hosted a “Spring Spectacular” event for students on the Americus campus. Participants enjoyed an Easter egg hunt along with snacks such as popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cones.
The weather was sunny and cool for the event, and dozens of students participated.
Before the egg hunt, Assistant Vice President of student affairs Josh Curtin explained that a dozen gold-colored eggs were hidden along with the regular eggs. Students who found the golden eggs won prizes including a variety of SGTC-branded merchandise.
South Georgia Technical College offers a variety of organizations and activities in which students can participate as well as over 200 programs leading to a degree, diploma, or technical certificate of credit. Apply online at www.southgatech.edu. Registration for the summer semester is April 23.
