Georgetown, Ga - South Georgia Technical College Admissions Director Whitney Crisp attended the Quitman County High School Academic and Career signing day at the Quitman County High School Bussey-Kendrick Gymnasium in Georgetown, GA recently.
Two students from Quitman County High School have been accepted and plan to attend South Georgia Technical College in Americus Fall semester. Tekelya Thornton has been accepted into the South Georgia Technical College Cosmetology program this fall and Britney Davis will be enrolling in the SGTC Early Childcare and Education program this fall.
“On behalf of Quitman County High School, I would like to thank Whitney Crisp and South Georgia Technical College for agreeing to come out, support, and celebrate with our 2019 seniors on their accomplishments,” said Quitman County PreK-12 School Counselor Jasmine Green. “We were truly excited to celebrate our seniors at our first annual Academic Signing Day.”
South Georgia Technical College, a two-year college in Americus and Cordele, offers over 200 associate degree, diploma, and technical certificate of credit programs.
