The second session was led by Cynthia Carter, South Georgia Technical College's Director of Career Services and Student Organizations. She spoke about the definition of a career path and what makes a career path, ways to find a career path and showed them how to find opportunities to explore different types of careers. Deo Cochran, SGTC's Career Advisor, Testing Coordinator, and Retention Specialist, hosted the third session. She administered the Career Assessment test to help the participants have an understanding of the desires, interests and competencies needed for different career opportunities.
