Justin Foster hired as Maintenance Technician at SGTC

Justin Foster of Ellaville has been named Maintenance Technician at South Georgia Technical College, announced SGTC President Dr. John Watford recently. Foster will report to SGTC Special Assistant to the President Don Smith. As Maintenance Technician, Foster will be responsible for a variety of duties, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, associated hardware, and heating and air systems. He will also participate in grounds maintenance activities, repair and maintenance of college vehicles, maintenance of college security and sprinkler systems, and respond to emergency requests for repairs. Foster brings over 12 years of property maintenance and repair experience to South Georgia Tech, serving as a Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor for companies such as Atlanta Insulation, Sherman Residential Properties in Duluth, CLK Properties in Memphis, Tennessee; and Albany Air Conditioning and Heating. “Justin is well qualified for this position with lots of closely related job experience, and we’re pleased to have such important tasks in capable hands,” said SGTC President Dr. John Watford. Justin and his wife, Miranda, live in Ellaville with their two children—Jase, 3; and Brinkley, 1. They attend Ellaville Baptist Church.
