Business Expansion Center

The Business Expansion Center (BEC), located in the John M. Pope Technology Center on the Americus Campus of SGTC, provides assistance to entrepreneurs in the six-county service area by helping them build a strong foundation to be successful. By providing comprehensive support of companies in their start-up stages and helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams, the BEC is a cornerstone in assisting in the development of a more vibrant economy for local communities. Through evaluations, mentors and training, the BEC helps entrepreneurs adequately plan and prepare for their new business.
