SGTC Thanksgiving Break Scheduled for November 25-29

Students at South Georgia Technical College in Americus and Cordele will be on Thanksgiving break November 25-29. There will be no classes those days. Employees also have the opportunity to schedule annual leave November 25-27 in addition to the Thanksgiving Holiday November 28-29.



Lady Jets Move to 2-0 in Conference Play

The South Georgia Technical College Lady Jets defeated the Andrew College Lady Tigers 93-70 on November 16. The victory pushed the Lady Jets record to 5-1 overall and 2-0 in the conference. Jets Split Two Games in Inaugural Pete Arrington Classic

The South Georgia Technical College Jets basketball team split their two games in the first annual Pete Arrington Classic in Americus. The Jets defeated the Wake College Eagles 91-76 in their first game, but came up short against Triton College, 86-74.
