Montezuma officer wins Smarr-Smith award
South Georgia Technical College Law Enforcement Academy graduate and recent Smarr-Smith Foundation Scholarship recipient Dalton Windham was interviewed by 13WMAZ's Pepper Baker on what the scholarship means to him. Windham is a class 18-01 graduate of the Law Enforcement Academy and is currently an officer for the Montezuma Police Department.
