4 CreditsThis course for students of the Basic Law Enforcement Academy examines the ethical issues and areas of liability
confronted by law enforcement personnel. Included in this course are the following topics: ethics and professionalism,
peace officer liability. This course is limited to students enrolled in the Basic Law Enforcement Technical Certificate of
Credit.
