Metro Power
For over 30 years, MetroPower has served the electrical construction and service needs of residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial communities throughout the United States. Over that time, MetroPower has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience with a variety of clients. SGTC works with MetroPower in training welding and electrical construction workers through a cooperative education workforce development program that gives students an opportunity to earn income with MetroPower while earning a diploma at SGTC. Students learn the electrical, mechanical, construction, maintenance, and service industry through a unique combination of academic and on-the-job training.
