Averill Wins Best in Show at SGTC Father’s Day Car Show

John Averill claimed the Best in Show prize for his 1979 Trans Am at the recent South Georgia Technical College Father’s Day Car Show. Over 100 entries including cars, trucks, motorcycles, SUVs and service vehicles were on display as a crowd of over 300 people attended to see the impressive array of vehicles. SGTC students complete Aviation Maintenance program

SGTC Offers Practical Nursing TCC with No Core Classes Required

Thanks to new federal guidelines, prospective nursing students at South Georgia Technical College now have the opportunity to earn a Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in practical nursing without taking core classes.
