Programs of Study

South Georgia Technical College offers students more than 40 career pathways and over 180 associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs. Depending on the program’s structure and length, students may earn a degree or diploma upon successfully completing all required courses within their chosen field of study.

To accommodate a variety of schedules, many programs offer evening and online classes, providing greater flexibility for working students and adult learners.

To be awarded an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, diploma, or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC), students must complete all required credit hours for their program and must complete at least 25% of the coursework at South Georgia Technical College.

Certificate Programs

Our certificate programs are usually one year or less in length and offer short-term training to meet specific needs and employment requirements. Certificate programs focus on practical training rather than academic coursework and are designed for students who wish to make a swift transition into the workforce.
